Please save the date for an online workshop to be held on May 25-26, 2021 titled “Seizing the moment: Exploring just and sustainable pandemic recovery through community-campus partnerships”. This event is part of a series of conversations led by the University of Regina and Community Campus Engage Canada about community challenges and strategies related to the pandemic, as well as avenues for community-campus research, learning and creative partnerships to help mobilize just and sustainable ways forward.
This workshop will bring together community-based organizations, post-secondary faculty and students, and members of community-campus engagement offices from across Canada. The event includes keynote presentations offering varied community and campus perspectives on current disruptions and opportunities for transformation. Attendees will also be invited to participate in a series of regional discussion sessions to share stories, expertise, and ideas for building collaborative paths through and beyond the pandemic.
All are welcome to attend the full two-day event or join individual sessions to suit their interest and availability. There is no cost to attend this workshop.
